What we hold, and for how long.
Registering a traveller means giving Skyside another person’s name and date of birth. This page says plainly what happens to it.
What is collected
- Your name and your Skyside email address
- The traveller’s first name, last name and date of birth
- How that traveller is related to you
- When you submitted the form, and whether you confirmed your address
Why
Solely to register that person against your myIDTravel entitlement. It is not used for anything else, it is not sold, and it leaves the EU only insofar as entering it into myIDTravel requires.
Who sees it
The Skyside colleague who processes registrations, at idtravel@skyside.aero, and whoever administers this application. Nobody else can read a submission: the form itself never shows anything a previous visitor submitted, and the archive is reachable only by a link mailed to a named reader.
How long
Registrations whose address was never confirmed are deleted after [retention period to confirm]. Confirmed registrations are kept for [retention period to confirm].
Having something removed
Write to idtravel@skyside.aero and say which registration. Removing a traveller here does not remove them from myIDTravel, which is a separate system with its own record.
